When a Income Center is filled a cycle is completed, which means when all 6 Royalty positions have been occupied. And what that happens another Income Center automatically opens as long as you have 2 Active participants per Level(s). The cycle is like drawing a circle, you will come back around once the 6 people in your Income Center have donated.

A Income Center is comprised of 6 Royalty Positions and it’s like a circle with you in the middle, followed by a layer with 2 people, and then another layer with 4 people. Once there are 6 people your Income Center is full.
